Territory Command

Territory Command is a live game board for your market — competitor map, customer heatmap, Territory Brief, and campaign history all in one place.

Getting started

The first time you open Territory Command, it automatically generates a Territory Brief — an AI-written summary of your competitive landscape, trade-area demographics, and market opportunity. This takes 15–30 seconds. On every return visit, it loads instantly from your saved brief.

Territory Command has four tabs: Agent, Intelligence, Campaigns, and Data.

Agent tab

Your Territory Brief lives here — an AI-written summary of your competitive landscape, trade-area demographics, and market opportunity. It's generated automatically on your first visit and loads instantly on every return.

If your competitor data or business memory has changed since the brief was written, a staleness banner appears at the top. Use the Refresh button to regenerate it with your latest data.

Intelligence tab

The interactive map shows your trade area with competitor pins, drive-time isochrones (your real 5- and 10-minute service radius), and block-group boundaries. Use this tab to audit and refine your competitor list.

Review your competitors

The system finds competitors automatically using the HERE Maps database. It's thorough but not perfect — you may see closed businesses, misclassified locations, or chains that aren't real rivals in your market.

  • Remove any pin that isn't a real competitor using the list in the side panel.
  • Add manually by typing an address or clicking directly on the map to drop a pin.

Every competitor you add or remove is remembered. The AI advisor factors your manual changes into all its analysis.

Click any neighborhood

If you've uploaded customer data, block groups on the map are color-coded by penetration. Click any neighborhood to see customer count, household count, penetration rate, and demographics for that specific area.

Campaigns tab

Log any marketing you've run in the last year or so — direct mail, Facebook ads, coupon drops, SMS blasts, anything. This isn't just a record for your own reference; the AI advisor reads your campaign history and adjusts its recommendations accordingly.

For each campaign, enter the channel, approximate dates, budget (optional), targeting area, and whether it worked. The more honest you are about results, the better the AI's advice will be.

Data tab

Upload a customer address list in CSV format to generate your customer heatmap — a neighborhood-by-neighborhood map of where your customers actually live. Each block group is color-coded by penetration rate:

Stronghold (8%+)
You have strong market presence here. Focus on retention and referrals.
Contested (2–8%)
You have some presence but real competition. Targeted marketing can shift the balance.
Unconquered (under 2%)
Little or no presence. High-opportunity areas if demographics fit your customer profile.
CSV format Your file needs at minimum an address column. Street, city, state, and zip work best. Column headers are detected automatically. Geocoding runs in the background — large files may take a minute or two.
